Happy 4th A Day To Reflect And Dedicate Yourself to Change
Every 4th of July I think about the liberty we have in this country. For most of us, myself included, I don’t think about this on a daily basis, I take for granted that more than 1 million people fought for our freedom and never made it home to enjoy it.
The reason I bring this up is because on some level health is like freedom, if you don’t have good health, nothing else matters. When you are sick, you negatively impact your relationships, your finances, your self confidence and many other aspects of your life.
We each have a choice and if we want to have a lean, fit body with tight blood sugar control so we can successfully manage type 1 diabetes and live a long and energetic life, we simply have to have the discipline and the knowledge to get there.
Of course, for any of you who know my story, I haven’t always taken care of myself, but fortunately I work up and decided that if I didn’t want to suffer for nasty and unnecessary complications I better learn how to have the body I wanted AND the blood sugar control my doctor kept telling me was imperative.
You are valuable and you are loved, so make sure you take care of yourself.
Regardless of what you’ve done in the past or where you are at now in regards to health, body weight, fitness and nutrition, you can make the decision to change, and find FREEDOM!
I promise you life feels so much better when you look and feel your best.
Invest in yourself and your life, fitness, body and health can change.
I have found nothing in life more rewarding than knowing I’m taking care of myself and doing everything in my power to make sure I’m around for a very long time and in the best health possible.
Enjoy today and remember, people fought for our freedom and liberty so life your life as best as you can and take care of YOU!If you want to learn more about how to lose weight quickly and easily with type 1 diabetes, watch this video ==>
